GM Hans Niemann files law suit against GM Magnus Carlsen and Chess.com

GM Niemann is suing the World Chess Champion, GM Magnus Carlsen and Chess.com following a cheating scandal that has rocked the international chess community and captured the interest of the general public.

The 44 page Complaint is reported to have been filed in the United States District Court Eastern District of Missouri on 20 October, 2022. 

The defendants in this suit are listed as follows:

SVEN MAGNUS ØEN CARLSEN A/K/A MAGNUS CARLSEN,
PLAY MAGNUS AS D/B/A PLAY MAGNUS GROUP,
CHESS.COM, LLC,
DANIEL RENSCH A/K/A “DANNY” RENSCH, AND
HIKARU NAKAMURA
